Me and a friend the other day were joking about Celtic Frost going Glam and he goes "have you heard Discharge's glam album?" How have I never heard this

Was thinking how much of a "what the fuck" moment this would have been for a diehard Discharge fan back in the day, to get it home, onto the turntable/tape deck.

A mate of mine was a diehard punk, huge Discharge fan. My guide when I was exploring that stuff in school. The level of hate, disgust and disdain he had for that was comical. He was right , but it was funny to see him go off on one.

Good oul sleaze rock voice tbf, but yeah that would have sounded fairly dated in the mid 2000's, they needed that slight alt touch Weiland gave them (and obvs the GNR/STP marketing!).
