On the standing ticket prices - I wonder is it a case that the seats aren't selling fast (loads of them still on sale) and TM are looking to cream it on the more popular standing tickets?

I expect dynamic pricing is a make it up as you go along concept, the main criteria being to make as much cash as possible.

As much as this is probably obvious, the greed that drives this is pretty galling.
