Big fan of gin myself, Gordons, or if I'm feeling fancy, Bombay saphire. Anything but Cork Dry Gin which is fucking bottled poison.
I was drinking it long before it became mad popular there a few years ago, I used to get funny looks and homophobic slurs hurled at me but I didn't care less, I could drink a bottle of it, have great craic and be up and running in the morning no bother after it.
Now when ya order it they want to give it to ya in a fucking fish bowl with half the botanical gardens floating in it, fuck off, slim jim glass, bit of ice, no lemon, lime or fucking cucumber, I'm a man you cunt.

Now that you mention it, I had my first ever blackout (great potential for an "Oo-er!" MW insider joke there) on a bottle of gin; about four hours of shenanigans retold to me the next morning that I'd no recollection of. It was a session in my own place, my folks' place that is, and I knew there was something amiss when I woke up legs in the hallway, face on the front doorstep.
