Sorted a frankly obscene amount of Belgian ales there now for the Christmas stock. Always go fantastically with the fire.

Wine. It's just mighty.

Waddled into my local tonight, met a coupla lads I hadn't seen for years, had a great time. The oul' "my eldest is in college in Ennis" and so forth is a leveller...

Got an email from Amazon the other day, telling me I was getting a ~€7 refund on an SD card I bought 2½ years ago. I presumed it was an error and ignored it but sure enough, it went into my account today. This is the third refund I've gotten on that SD card, about €13 all told. It's not much but anything back from those pricks is welcome.

Something to do with import fees, it would have been around the time UKexit kicked in I suppose. I know there were issues with fees then, hence the first refund(s).

That feeling when you've just come through a busy and stressful time at work and can relax over the Xmas holidays...bliss

Yknow I actually like the day itself but it isn't half some awful load of bollix leading up to it.
