That and excessive postal charges. Nearly as bad as Nuclear Blast.

I hear ya, I had to scrap a NB order the other week as it was unfeasible at the prices

A Wispa that's been cooling in the fridge. Hard to beat.

I put all chocolate bars in the fridge, so much better

Same yeah, any chocolate at all, the colder the better.  I put wispas in the freezer for dipping in tea.

Shit... now that's extreme! Might give it a go next week after the shop  8)

All Cadburys is shit these days. Changed the recipe ages ago and it's awful. You have to go to a speciality chocolate shop to get anything that resembles real choclate nowadays.

I stripped my old Minidisc player this evening to replace the eject belt, which had perished. No spare screws after putting it all together. No smoke, no sparks, either. It looks like I've got the fucker working again. I'll bet the shit I still have on discs wasn't worth the effort but, still, I'm quite pleased with myself.

Smokey And The Bandit on telly. Grand.

Love that sort of thing. Took apart an old tascam 4 track a few years ago and got it going again. Was delighted to dig out the old tapes and reminisce. Unfortunately the tunes were shit

Speaking of repairs, anyone ever repair a walkman ? I think the belt inside mine may have perished but don't wish to break it in order to open it. Are there walkman repair people nowadays? Highly doubt it.

I replaced a belt last night

It works!

A belt-replacement video of the model I have:

Bought the belt from here:

https://fixyouraudio.com/instructions/general-repair-instructions/

Get a set of screwdrivers
P0 should do you

Goodluck!

I got mine here, they were bang on.

I have a cassette deck I'm going to try to replace the belts on next.

There are still electronics repair places who might have a go at your walkman. If you go to any electrical supplies place and ask they should know someone.
