Flotsam And Jetsam - When The Storm Comes Down

I loved this when it came out but, today, today it's not working for me at all. Time has been cruel to it.

Seeing as the new Sleater-Kinney record is beyond shit, I've been spinning

Slant 6 - Soda Pop Rip Off
Autoclave - Autoclave
Mary Timoney - Ex Hex
Helium - The Dirt of Luck
Heaven's to Betsy - Calculated

Ah, better.

Svartidauđi- Revelations of the Red Sword

Asphodelus- Stygian Dreams

Snap. It's class

Mr. Bungle - Easter Bunny demo, stuck this on after the reunion announcement since I've never actually heard it. It's grand for a demo and a bit of a novelty, but I'll probably never listen to it much again

Was on a bit of a Mike Patton buzz then so went with the self titled Bungle, King for a Day, and Tomahawk's Mit Gas

I only got it today so have only given it one spin.  It will need a few listens to crack methinks.  Quite a lot going on but there were certainly a few standout sections.

Solid playlist. Weirdly this morning has been a bit of a late 90s post/HC extravaganza for me - Mile Marker, Clikitat Ikatowi, Car Vs Driver and Christie Front Drive tunes on the way to work

But mostly this week It's been Cherubs "Imacculada High". Because Cherubs are the best.

Mortiferum - 'Altar of Decay'. Uuuggghhh!

Great band. Fairly psyched for their new album, new track is unreal

Having a chilled Saturday with Slowdive's discography.

Vektor - Black Future

Jag Panzer - Casting the stones.

Two absolute belters

Akercocke - Words That Go Unspoken....

Just doesn't get old for me at all. Every time I throw it on I love it and I never understand why I don't hear more lads banging on about it. So many great ideas and tunes in there I always go full body oscillations when I put it on as well, even if I'm driving. Try Shelter From The Sand if you never did before it's worth a go at least

Other than that been listening to old Ministry albums a good bit. They had a decent run of really good albums up until Paul Barker went off out of it.
