Armoured Angel  - Communion
Armoured Angel - Stygmartyr
Black Crucifixion - The Fallen One of Flames
Xantotol - Glory for Centuries

Immolation - Failures For Gods
Wormwitch - Wormwitch
Species - Changelings
Warlord - And The Canons of Destruction Have Begun...

Cryoxyd - This World We Live In...

Serious bang of Testimony era Pestilence and early 90's Death off this album. Great stuff.

Elektradrive - ...Over the Space
Accept - Balls to the Wall
Lawnmower Deth - Return...

Harrowed - The Eternal Hunger
Speglas - Endarkenment, Being & Death
Exxûl - Sealed into None

Rahu - The Quest for the Vajra of Shadows

Metallica - Master of Puppets
Death - Individual Thought Patterns
King Diamond - The Eye

Rotten Tomb - The Relief of Death 8.5/10
Morbid, generally mid-paced Metal ov Death from the festering underground of Chile, must look out for the debut because this is ticking all my boxes.

Destruction - Born To Perish 7.5/10
One of the better ones since the latter day (post nineties) high point of All Hell Breaks Loose (in 2000!), I rarely go long without a dose of Destruction'a twirling riff style attack.

Ravensire - The Stone Engraved In Red 7/10
Some solid Olde English sounding Heavy Metal from this now defunct Portuguese act.

Saxon - Innocence Is No Excuse 7/10
And some actual Old English Heavy Metal trying it's best to be from L.A. back in '85. I've had Broken Heroes in the head all week, such a stand out track.

Bark - Rambler Of Aeons 7/10
A freebie from Listenable with a recent order and certainly not something I'd have ever checked out myself but, yeah, don't mind this at all, a Belgian blend of hardcore/thrash/punk mostly wrapped up into a Death 'n' Roll whole that is in the ballpark of Gorefest's latter albums. Something different for the lugs.

High Spirits - Hard To Stop 6/10
My first pick up from a band I've often seen vaunted, very well played but it's all a bit inoffensive dad rock for me and despite turning 50 recently I'm not ready to swap fist punching  for toe tapping just yet. I'm guessing their other albums are the same type of stuff?

I've somehow never bought any of these lads' stuff despite looking event I've listened to. This new song is a winner too. Time to bite the bullet methinks.

Re. High Spirits, always had a soft spot for Another Night more Scorpion heavy to my ears. Haven't reached for it in quite sometime must rectify that.

I'll have a listen to that on YouTube over the next few nights, cheers.

Get on Corpus Offal immediately!, one of the best DM albums last year!
