Earth Rocker is the only one that grabbed me, savage album. The first one's pretty good too, but has a different sound and isn't well regarded among their fanbase.

Robot Hive: Exodus is the business. I had it on a couple of weeks ago.

Clutch are one of those bands that passed me by for whatever reason. This is great stuff, like redneck Monster Magnet.

Great album. I think Earth Rocker is on a par with this or even a touch better. Psychic Warfare was decent, and I have a soft spot for From Beale Street to Oblivion too.

Fallon is an engaging personality with  a great voice, and JP is one of the best rock drummers out there. Not everything they have done is gold though. Strange Cousins.... and Book Of Bad decisions are weak as fuck.

I can't get my head around it, and it just doesn't do anything for me.  The vocals just don't work for me.

Darkthrone - It Beckons Us All
Rush - Fly By Night
Portrait - The Host
Judas Priest - Painkiller

Listened to the new Nite album, last night, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Was also checking out Mirror who I had never heard previously. The Pyramid of Terror is great stuff.

Ordered the new Nite this morning.  Loved their two previous albums.

Incubus-beyond the unknown (vinyl)
Metal church-blessing in disguise (vinyl)
Yob-atma
Scour-gold

Mortuary Drape- All the Witches Dance.

I listened to the first song on the Nite album and I can see why it's popular. Nice guitar playing that reminds me of your man from Megadeth with the lovely hair whose name has momentarily jumped out of my brain. Overall though, the song sounds too happy and nice. The riffs are like a fun thing to jam but they have no weight, power or presence. Despite the tasty playing it is a bit flimsy, like an even more female Tribulation.

To cleanse the palette...

Hades- Again Shall Be.

Christian Mistress - Children of the Earth
Metallica - ...And Justice For All.
Wytch Hazel - II. Sojourn
Mayhem - DeathCrush

Mäleficentt - Night of Eternal Darkness (Before the Sun Dies is an absolute face raper!)
Spectral Wound - A Diabolic Thirst
Aindulmedir - Star Lore
