Today I've been really enjoying the first 4 Black Sabbath albums. Every time I listen to Sabbath I wonder why I bother with so much other music, it's fucking brilliant. Geezer is prob my fav bassist ever.

Such a good run there, four 5/5 albums in a row. The next two are also great, though not quite up to that standard. Coke to blame there. The less said about the last two the better, though I'm fond of Never Say Die's title track.

Holy Terror - Guardians of the Netherworld
Bretwaldas of Heathen Doom - Summoning the Gatekeepers
Darkthrone - A Blaze in the Northern Sky
Majesties - Vast Reaches Unclaimed (couldn't resist going back to the M shelf for this).
Iron Maiden - Legacy of the Beast (live album)

Embalmer - Emanations from the Crypt
Scalpel - Sorrow and Skin

Double dose of manky Death Metal to wake me up this morning.

Ronnie Romero  Too Many Lies, To Many Masters

New album, well worth a listen

Vomitor - Bleeding The Priest. Still gets regular listens here. Savage album.

Judas Priest - British Steel 9.5/10

One poxy chorus away from perfect. Well, it's made me wear a whopping three studded belts today :abbath:
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Godflesh - 1995.05.26 - Utrecht

Godflesh - 2001.12.10 - Dublin

Soundboard recordings

After days of almost only Primordial...

Melechesh - Enki
Megaton Sword - Might and Power

Nice exit plan
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Testament - The Gathering

Still a bit mad they managed to pull this out of their arse in 1999, even with Lombardo, Digiorgio and Murphy on board.

Their best album with growly Chuck
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

The Gathering and Low are the two best Testament albums. Absolutely love them.

Back on topic...
I picked up the new Spirit Drift album, "Ghost at the Gallows", last week.
Quality heavy metulz!

Bass Drum of Death - "GB City"
Secret Chiefs 3 - "Book of Souls: Folio A"
Melt Banana - "Fetch"

I haven't a fuckin clue what I am in the mood for today.  But in any case, all three of those albums are class.
