He's been a wreck physically for a long long time now. Surprised he lived this long to be honest.

He really has, and that's been sadder than this news is now. Arra sure RIP!

That is genuinely sad to hear, shit!

Genuinely gutted...I thought The Nymphs were a great band who just never got off the ground properly. Stunning looking woman as well..RIP

Yeah, shocker. I quite liked the Nymphs and she seemed like more of a legend/character than she was given credit for

He's running free now  :abbath:

He's finally got himself some sanctuary from the law.

With the way he carried on the last few years I expect someone to get caught collecting his disability giro!

He was done for that more than once, to be fair. And beating his girlfriend.

Still a shame!
He was always a bit of a trainwreck, but still sang on two massively influencial albums.

Oh they're stone cold classics alright. Killers was my first Maiden album, possibly my first metal album to buy, still a favourite. But he certainly came across as a twat and left his talent behind a long time ago. Separating the art from the artist and all that.

Saw him live in Nancy Spain's around '05.
To be fair he but on a banging show at the time.
Well I enjoyed it, anyway.

Ah. Whatever about his personal life, he spent a good deal of time in my earphones as a teen so I'm saddened to hear of his passing. RIP Paul Dianno.
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

The first Maiden is in my top 3 of their albums and his vocals are a massive part of my enjoyment. A troubled dude but he had talent as a young lad. RIP.

RIP. Listening to Phantom of the Opera, amongst other songs,  great vocalist for those first Maiden albums.

Yes spinning Killers since yesterday,  RIP
