RIP. He was an excellent guitarist, especially live.

Quote from: Circlepit on March 14, 2026, 03:51:02 PMFor the sleazy loose style it was hard to beat Fast Eddie but for riffs Phil Campbell was the man.
The dvd from Germany during the Inferno tour is brilliant.
A real rock star without zero bullshit.

Aye, that's a great set. They were lethal on that run.

Chuck Norris has left the building.

If you wanted a sign that we're all fucked, there you go.

And Dolores Keane during the week. Met her a few times in Galway, she was a lady.

Michael Lyster, the face of GAA for a couple of generations.

Shocking about Michael Lyster, he can't have been too old

71 I think. He had heart issues a few years ago, might be related to that.

A shame anyway, he seemed a secent fellow and could teach that Cantwell gobshite a thing or two.

Terry Cox, Pentangle drummer,  Dead at 89. Solomon's Seal is an incredible album. RIP.

Shit buzz. I loved that gig in Voodoo.

😔 R.I.P.

Top tier riffing and solos all over those early Manowar albums.

A real giant loss for metal there. RIP  :abbath:

Gutted..what a Character ..was at that voodoo gig and saw him at bloodstock with KK downing ..great memories

What a loss, One of the best metal guitarists ever and played on some of the best Heavy Metal ever recorded. I'm sad I never got to see him live. I had tickets to see him and Raven last year and was cancelled a few weeks out.

Valhalla the gods await me!  :abbath:
