Dunno about the Ukrainians but with the Nigerians and Polish I'd expect our soccer team to improve in the next decade or so

GAA too. My brother coaches underage and he told a lot of polish young lads (could be any variety of NE European, he's not exactly what you'd call a culture vulture) play, but almost none keep it up, one or two at junior level. Pity really.

Did your brother have any thoughts as to why they drop out?  Is it too expensive for their parents I wonder?  I suppose many of them are  in lower paying type jobs.

I wouldn't say expense is a factor. I'd say they would be more inclined to stick with the soccer rather than the GAA.

That's a lot to do with it, they simply prefer the soccer at the end of the day

As an aside, I know of a Lithuanian lad who said that he never licks his wife's pussy because he thinks that licking pussy is "gay", and apparently that is the general consensus among him and his male friends in Lithuania.

Which is really ironic if you think about it...
