Yeah I think that's what I'll do, then when I watch the show I can moan about all the things they changed .

Part 1 is some game though.

One is fantastic, but two delivers on all fronts.
Naughty Dog were making absolute gold on that run of games.

Part 1 is one of my favourite games ever. When I said I only played Part 2 once, that wasn't a slight against it. It's a sensational game as well, it just also happens to be one of the bleakest and emotionally exhausting games ever as well.

Yeah was definitely a hell of a first playthrough. Did a second run last year and didn't lose any of the impact.

Man I must really knuckle into the PS5 version. Sure the bastarding thing is taking up almost 90GBs of my SSD since it released.

Crazy to think that Part 1 was originally released on PS3 and it can still be nearly considered a flagship for the PS5!

When they get the next gen kits it's always their older stuff they'll mess with to get used to it and if there's potential they'll go for the remake.

2 definitely has my old PS4 pro getting loud as fuck (because Sony will never figure out fans)during certain parts of the game.

My PS4 does a pretty good jet engine impersonation when I'm playing NieR: Automata.

Probably the couple of hundred endings to that game 😂

Disconnect it from all the cables and  run the hoover round the vents every month or so and it'll calm the fan down a bit.

PS4 has poorly designed cooling. Mark Cerney (lead architect for it and PS5) alluded to it when introducing the PS5. My launch PS4 sounded like a rocket day one with Killzone. My Pro was the exact same.

PS5 is leagues better. My current model is the quietest actively cooled console I've ever owned. Can throw all kinds of graphically intense games at it for hours and it's barely audible. That was honestly the most enjoyable upgrade coming from the PS4 Pro

The wait until May next year continues (they'll end up releasing in Autumn!)

Don't think I'll be playing this at launch - the PS5 kicks out enough heat as it is, and I'd imagine this will turn it into a space heater. Good luck to running that during the summer months

Ghost Of Yotei will be test of my launch PS5 as it's mainly used for 4k Blu rays for the last two years.
Reckon it'll be 150gbs plus for the install.

Will probably be a whopper of a game alright. Looks nuts, fucking loved Tsushima.

I played a chunk of Assassin's Creed Shadows recently, and while the environment is amazing (the wind blowing bits of things around and the trees are really well done, as is the seasons changing), the character animations are so stiff and repetitive vs. what we got in GoT.

Might do a new playthrough of Sekiro now!

Tsushima's a yearly playthrough. They absolutely killed it.

I'm still waiting on Shadows to come down in the sales. Mate of mine cleared it and said the third act is one of the better AC's as they've a habit of ending poorly.

Rockstar confirmed the GTA 6 trailer was using a base PS5 build!
