A fist fight broke out right in front of me, slightly bizarre to see in such a seemingly peaceful setting.

In a similar chilled vein, I love this. Some voice, when she really belts it out around 2:05 it's deadly.

For those who like a bit of heavy psychedelic funk. Album by James Brown's band leader David Matthews. First track sets the tone. Not all winning tracks but some fantastic tunes. The last track is fantastic.

Sturgill Simpson - Sound & Fury

He's a country artist who is apparently considered one of the modern 'good' country artists, I'm not familiar with him as I don't listen to country but he just released a synth rock album that's sounding pretty good to me. It's pretty cheesy, but in a good way. Like 80's ZZ Top or modern QOTSA.

Easily in my top 10 albums of all time. I listen to a ton of different musical genres but nothing has ever got to the core of what I enjoy most about music apart from this band. I'm constantly trying to find other bands that come close to what The Jesus Lizard do and how their music makes me feel but nothing ever scratches that same itch.
