The Future Sound Of London – Lifeforms

Relaxing stuff

Very easy flow to it

Haven't played that for a few years, it's great alright. The time flies by.

I'm about 1hr 15mins into it already!

They don't dwell too long on any 'riff', seamlessly blending in whatever; beats/acid-squelches/animal calls/synth/bongos ... so well done!

Fantastic album, really love their atmospheric sounds. I'm a huge fan of early Orb and their eps.

Great album. Bossanova and Trompe le Monde are both underrated.

A name I'd come across but not checked out for whatever reason, something was just putting me off maybe in the way they'd been talked about or whatever.

Really love this original of theirs though. Kind of a Joy Division vibe off the presentation, even though it's a folk song.

Saw them once or twice. That tune was the highlight although they are lifting too much from Lankum for me.

Oh great, yeah more "doom folk". Just what the world needs.
