Also fucking killer news, The Crypt/Dark Symphonies are finally doing reissues of the first 2 Nuclear Death! I always regretted not getting the 5 years of death boxset so these will be nice to finally have.

I'm not familiar with this piece, but it appears that the 'lady in black' is a witch, and the narrator is sucking on her broomstick. It's unclear why the narrator is deriving pleasure from this activity, but perhaps this is an example of Steve Grimmett's peculiar fetishes.
