I wondered about that myself. There're samples from one of the movies on Demanufacture too.

I think there's some sort of clearance/fair usage with regards to movie samples. The rights holders can pursue if they wish ,like Tarantino did with Fun Loving Criminals but that was their label putting his name all over the press releases so he had to put the foot down.
