I bought this 2 and half years ago but have yet to play yet. Was sick because about a week after I bought it I found another copy of it that had already been in the house that nobody was using.

The MiSTer FPGA is a multi format emulation console I know of people who've bought it and has gotten a lot of positive reviews. It emulates a wide range of computers and consoles from the Atari 2600 - PS1.

Sounds pretty cool, I must look into that

Picked up GTA 3, vice city and San Andreas yesterday for 20 quid. 3 decent games, looking forward to getting stuck into those

Being playing Crisis Core, the Final Fantasy 7 spin off on the Switch. Think I might have spent too long on the side missions as I'm pretty over powered with end of chapter bosses becoming my bitch after a few swings.

Truly mind blowing games for me when playing them new on the PS2 at the time. Played them to death. I'd be afraid to touch them now lest the rose tinted glasses shatter into pieces!

Been enjoying Disco Elysium lately, great detective rpg, fun and unique gameplay, paced but good to stick an hour or so into of an evening.  Only on my first run through and reeling from the options and methods available to play this.  My character is fairly straightforward this run - apathetic, run down, hyper logical, good with machines, shit with people.  I can already see what skills I'd prioritise on a second run, and what choices to make, not even to do a better run but to do it totally differently.

I played Disco on the Switch last year, great point and click even if I found it quite dialogue heavy at times.

Cuno doesn't care. Cuno hates you pig cunts.

Disco Elysium was the best game I read last year.

For real though class game. Ended up playing fairly straight laced as didn't wanna miss quest options due to partying and being an asshole. Will Def be doing the opposite on second playthrough.

Absolutely beautiful too look at at times too.

Lads I actually have a cunt on to me this evening telling me to give this a go. What a coincidence

Fuck Cuno anyway he wouldn't even give me his speed.

I am reasonably straight laced here too but tend to interview people like an awkward weirdo, which has worked in my favour a few times now.  Definitely putting a load of points into authority and half light next run to be a total animal and see what happens.

It does look beautiful.  Even the little menu paintings and portraits of people you chat to are lovely, the hand-painted buzz off it suits it very well.

Just started Dark Souls after it being in the library for ten years or so. Always knew I'd be into it though. Pretty good if not dated, few mods did the trick and looks a treat.

Dark Souls is amazing. One of my favourites. Gets regular re-plays 11+ years on. The rest of the series is worth giving a go if you manage to get into it. Especially Elden Ring, which I had to remove from the console a few weeks back as I was playing it way too much. Really takes the souls formula onto the next level. Any AAA games I've tired since pale in comparison.

Started gta3 it's still good at least

2019: Blizzard, getting hammered over their screwing people for supporting the Hong Kong Protests: "Look over there! We're planning on bringing out Overwatch 2! It'll have a whole new PvE element! It's a whole new game!"
2020-21: Blizzard basically do fuck all for OW, claiming it's because of all the work that they're doing for OW2, and how great it's going to be, and all these new things for PvE.
2022: Overwatch 2 comes out. No PvE, lootboxes replaced by an overpriced battle pass, stuff that was free on OW1 now costs real money. "The PvE's been delayed, but it's going to be great!"
2023: Blizzard admit that "Well, actually we cancelled the PvE thing before OW2 actually came out, but you guys don't really mind do you? We got lots of stuff coming up!"

So instead of Overwatch 2, we've basically got Overwatch 0.75, because it's a major downgrade fom OW1.
