The Armor of Ire is, of course, savage (and is lined up next). But this is simply one of the top true metal songs ever recorded.

Nazareth self titled, cwazy stuff

Nothing like a bit of Black Sabbath - Paranoid to kick start the day.

On a Therapy? buzz this week so it's Troublegum for me.

You going to see them this week? I'm going to the Dundalk gig on Sunday night.
Anyone at the Derry gig last night?

Yeah, Cork on Saturday.

Now on Metallica - Live at the Hollywood Palladium in 1985. People criticise Hetfield for using a teleprompter nowadays but he could have done with one for this gig too.

Just blasting through the current Therapy? set list. It's back-to-back hits fair play to them.

Stuck in the car all day so stuck on a mixed bunch

Faith No More - King for a Day...
Bad Religion - No Control
Type O Negative - Life is Killing Me
Gorguts - Coloured Sands

Thulsa Doom - Realms of Hatred. Was pretty late to the party with this lot.

Mortifera - Maledictiith
After gushing over their first album I went ahead and got their second and I think I like it even more. Noctu solo this time and Burzum-esque vibe occasionally. Really good stuff.

Blackdeath - Satan macht frei
Darkthrone worship aside this band has a bit of personality and a cool, slightly unhinged quality. Russian band plays Norwegian style BM and sing in German. Nice.

Cool channel full of old live specials and interviews from the 90s.

Gjendød- Krigsdøger

Easily my favourite current black metal band from Norway.

Watching Type O Negative- Symphony for the Devil. And cyans.

Celtic Frost - Monotheist

A fucking beast of an album, nuts to think it's 13 years old.
