Have any of ever had one of those moments when a song you have heard countless times absolutely kicks you in the balls as if it's the first time you've heard it?
Well today whilst driving I had Reign In Blood on and when Angel Of Death kicked in despite having listened to the album so much over the years I had one of those holy fuck moments.
It still absolutely kills as a piece of music. The whole album.
I don't know how much of the newer music on my radar will I be really listening to in years to come.
Like all of you I go through phases but the today Slayer lifted the day.
Having said that when the first track on the Mooncitadel  album kicks in... foot down leather and venom all the way.

I listen to reign in blood at least once a week, i was a drummer in my youth and when i first heard the album it blew my mind, the drumming is savage as are the guitars. I never get tired of it as an album
