Might be the best thing for it

I listened to their first album. Pure boring but maybe that's me.

Napalm Death - Words From The Exit Wound (really enjoying this)
Darkthrone - Too Old Too Cold (I'm a fan of all styles of theirs)
Evilfeast - Elegies Of The Stellar Wind (The last song finishes the album on a high, or maybe that should be on a low! ;) )
Evilfeast - Isenheimen (love this release by him; the synths are very well done)

That's a great album. You need new ears. Or more mushies!

Unleashed - Warrior 4/10

Picked this up recently to fill in a hole in their discography. I already knew it was a stinker so I wasn't surprised when I stuck it on. Now I can stick it on the shelf with the other Unleashed safe in the knowledge that it's still a stinker but I'm one step closer to having them all.
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Thantifaxath - Hive Mind Narcosis (this has become a must order, so last listen until vinyl arrives)
Bolt Thrower - ...For Victory

Satyricon - Dark Medieval Times
Destruction - Eternal Devastastion
Belphegor - The Devils
Dautha - Brethren of the Black Soil
Bolt Thrower - Mercenary
Death - Scream Bloody Gore

Scythe - Decay

Got a bit of an early Opeth feel to it, good stuff

Had the new Godflesh on earlier, "Purge", great on a first spin but want to give it a proper go again.  Much more straightforward than the last album.

Otherwise good weather tunes have been:
Weedpecker - "Stream of Forgotten Thoughts"
Slift - "Ummon"
Sunnata - "Burning in Heaven, Melting on Earth"
Jaaw - "Supercluster"
Killing Joke - "Brighter Than A Thousand Suns"

Over the past few days with a scattering of the Evangelion soundtrack.

Bolt Thrower - ...For Victory (yup, again)
Bolt Thrower - Realm of Chaos
The Alan Parsons Project - Eye In The Sky

I don't know how this band didn't become an absolute household name. Maybe they needed a better name!

I went the other way ,listened to it five times then decided it's a must not order, way too discordant and contrary for my tastes , away to the new Runemagick with my peasant lugs!

Blue Oyster Cult - Fire of Unknown Origin

Absolute classic, produced by the great Martin Birch!
