Saxon - Strong Arm Of The Law
Sleep - The Sciences

Pestilence - Spheres

Chat Pile - "God's Country". Finished my first listen there, it's as expected (in a good way).

Trouble - "Psalm 9" and "The Skull". Only learned of Eric Wagner's death there recently, so stuck these two classics on.

Tomb Mold - "Planetary Clairvoyance". Riffs for days.

Thin Lizzy, , Whitesnake, early Aerosmith. early Ozzy and Ozzy era Sabs!

Probably cause the young fella has finally taken a shine to a bit of music and most of the above are on his playlist too.
Brings a tear to the eye to see him starting out almost identical to how I kicked of my own rock'n'metal journey about 35 years ago.

Brilliant!

Giving it a spin now really liking it alot, big whack of Jesus Lizard and Big Black hint of Fugazi maybe?

Trivium - The Crusade

I'm guessing people hate them, but this album is decent. While it is slightly bloated in the middle, the first three tracks are killer. The closing title track is a prog instrumental, reminiscent of Dream Theater.

Negative Plane - The Pact

There's a small universe inside this one. Slowly unpacking it with every listen.

Nicely put
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Mithotyn - King of the Distant Forest

The Mars Volta - Frances The Mute

I've had this CD for 17 years and, finally, I'm getting into it!

Bölzer- Lese Majesty.
Bölzer- Hero.

Demolition Hammer - Tortured Existence and Epidemic of Violence

Both absolute classics, Epidemic is far more visceral and abrasive but I always put Tortured ahead, it just sounds so damn good, perfect production.
