Few in particular over the last few days:

Decapitated - "Organic Hallucinosis" and "The Negation".  These two and the album before it are all I need from them.  They are great though.  Hadn't listened to them in an age and forgot how good they were.

Malevich - "Under a Gilded Sun".  Post metal, a bit of black metal, mix of stuff in there.  Had this on a few times and it gets better every listen.  Plenty going on in it but it never sounds overdone, if that makes sense.

Nadja - "Radiance of Shadows".  Always great.  Just bleak and loud and lush and full.  Pure weight.  I love it

Mizmor - Wit's End
So bleak  :-*

Qrixkuor- The Womb of the World  8)

Malicious - Depraved Hexes 8/10
The Finns barbaric debut from 2020 comes off like 'Altars..' on amphetamines, it's manic Death approaching War Metal onslaught always feeling like it could all fall apart at any moment ,just the job when you're trying to stay awake at 4am on a quiet Thursday night at work.
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Witchfinder General - Death Penalty
Opeth - Orchid
Iron Maiden - Somewhere in Time

Gorrch - Stillamentum. This album is a 10/10, incredible. Serious musicians envy thou, nothing like a savage album to put my own abilities into startling perspective

YOB - "Clearing The Path To Ascend"
Red Fang - "Murder The Mountains"
Mastodon - "Blood Mountain"
Galar - "Seasick"

Pure Wrath - Hymn to the Woeful Hearts

Iron Maiden – Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son

The Clairvoyant is such a great tune

Rotting in the Chapel - Cries Denied
Ephemeral - Envisaged Human Collapse

Motherless – Do You Feel Safe?

The Ruins of Beverast – Tempelschlaf

Trepaneringsritualen- Kainskult. Giving this CD its first spin. Absolutely fucking incredible stuff. I think this and the new Qrixkuor will be in an ongoing head to head battle for dominance on my car stereo for the foreseeable. Mighty stuff.

That's a class label it's on: Tesco Distribution Germany.
Bought a good few vinyls off them over the years...
Will check that out next, after I'm finished playing the brand new....
Matador - Above, Below and So

It's the first thing I've bought on Tesco. I'm on a real buzz for this sort of stuff lately so I might have to check out some other artistes on the roster.

Every little helps.
