How someone hasn't used songs from this for an action movie is a tragedy.

It's full of cheesy montage bits!😂

THE HIGHWAY'S SCREAMING,
CALLING OUT YOUR NAME!!!!
'CAUSE EVERY ROAD THAT YOU TRAVEL ON,
THERE'S A PRICE TO PAY!!!!

Tom Cruise jumping from the back of a galloping horse onto a moving motorbike and doing a triple axl over an exploding helicopter.

And the entire cast have Brummie accents!

I bought the CD of this year's ago, only listened a few times, couldn't get in to it.  Must get it out again for another go.
Alpha & Omega is my favourite from Penance

It is decent, first time I have put it on in many years. I really don't know that much Penance as I only have this and Parallel Corners (which I also think is very good).

Funeral Mist - Deiform

Their other releases never clicked with me, but this one sounds massive, like Antaeus mixed with modern Mayhem. I must give Salvation another proper listen.

Disentomb - Nothing Above

Defeated Sanity's new one put me in the mood for some brutal death metal. This one is less brutal and more dissonant than Disentomb's earlier stuff, but they're still one of the few bands of this type I'd bother with. Good stuff.

Children of Bodom - Hexed

Loved their first few albums, and would always check out their new stuff despite increasingly worse results. This was a great return to form though, shame it ended up being their last

It's a fun record and definitely a return to form, the feckin keyboard hook on Under Grass & clover is deadly.

Must check this out.  Hate Crew Deathroll was the last album I bothered with but the ones before that are great.

Mvltifission - Reborn Souls from Transcendent Agony
Fucking hell this is ferocious. FFO Demigod, Demilich, Multiplex, Immolation. Enjoyed the debut but this is tighter and meaner

Evil Deciever demo  - this is doing the rounds on Youtube, physical copy next year. Think Demoncy/Archgoat/Acheron but more memorable, and with an absolute shredder of a guitarist. Terrible name though.

Death Strike - Fuckin' death

I used to love this one, need to be in the mood for it these days, and that day is today  :abbath:

Nice one,.big Speckmann fan here , Mangled Dehumanization, The Truth and Pay To Die on the Master album as well, ..sure he could stick them on all his albums and I wouldn't complain!
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Portrait - Crimen Laesae Majestatis Divinae
Animalize - Tapes From The Crypt
Stress Angel - Punished in Nemesis
The Wizards - The Wizards
