There were a few in the 80's hardcore scene - Minor Threat, The Faith/Void split, Rites of Spring.

Also Derek and the Dominos!

S. O. D- Speak English or die is the obvious one for me.

Never heard Bigger Than The Devil then?  ;)

They had another one after that too, I think.

Altus Astrum 'Antediluvian'. A brilliant overlooked local release that deserved so much more praise and attention than it received.

Disembowelment - Transcending the Peripheral
Technically they had one album (a demo and an ep)  ;)

Forgot these 2:

Ved Buens Ende
Castle - the Dutch death doom band

Demilich's  Nespithe is a true masterpiece. It's a pity they never did anything else although I think they still play the odd show. Your can hear their influence in a lot of death metal bands today like Tomb Mold and Outer Heaven.

Somewhat pisses on their legacy tbh. They only had two albums- should have left it at one.

Three. Rise Of The Infidels in 2007, apparently.

Control Denied
Ripping Corpse
Repulsion
Spiral Architect
Twisted Into Form
Decomposed (OK they had an EP so I guess thats cheating)
Carnage (possibly cheating also as they became Dismember)

There's a few more gems I can't think of right now.

There's only three or four new songs on that so can't really call it an album as such - most of the album is live stuff.

Ah right. I've only heard Speak English Or Die and one song from the second one.

Bigger Than The Devil is class.

Do Death (the punk band from the 70's) only have one album as far as I know. Really good early punk
