Will Corcoran. Drummer from Revenant. Only released one album in "Prophecies of a Dying World" but was still one of the finest death thrash albums to see the light of day. Can't say they didn't try to warn us. Almost inevitably it was released in 1991. Rest in peace.

RIP Will.

Meatloaf just died at 74. A great performer. Saw him in Marlay Park years ago after getting free tickets after Ozzy pulled out of the Punchestown gig.

Rip the Meat, was at one of those legendary shows in 89 . Showgrounds, Ennis. Long time ago but had a great night.

Merv Shields, erstwhile Skrewdriver bassist, white supremacist, and antivax advocate, has died of COVID related complications. Sorry for your loss KC.

Fredrik Johansson of Dark Tranquillity fame. One of the guitarists on the Gallery, the Mind's I and Projector. 47 years old. No age. The Mind's I has got to be in the top five melodic death metal albums of all time. Always took to it more than the Gallery. Both hugely influential releases nonetheless. Rest in peace.

Never been a fan but that's far too young, Jesus.  RIP.

Jon Zazula, co-founder of Megaforce records.

Never knew Megaforce was co-founded by husband and wife, his wife Marsha passed last year.

Johnny Z! Rip without that man the musical world would have a different landscape.

I actually thought he was well older than that. Him and his wife are legends and most certainly helped change music history.

I actually didnt know much about him until loads of bands were paying tribute on social media yesterday.

Roman Kostrszewski from KAT (Pol).

Fucking gutted... "Metal and Hell" is one of my favourite albums of all time. Spun it to death!!!  Was really looking forward to seeing them at The Abyss.
