Quote from: mickO))) on January 22, 2024, 05:12:06 PMIt is mad to think that the last time Deicide played in Ireland is 17 years ago this month.
That is mad!was at that gig and all. Bit of a let down without Glen though. They are due a show here so

They were suppose to play here in April 2022 doing Legion in full with Krisiun but the show got cancelled. Krisiun came back at the end of the year supporting Nile but Deicide was never rescheduled. Even if they do plan again by the time that happens they will be touring the upcoming album so we will never get the Legion in full show.
that is a pity now. There is a gig of it on YouTube from somewhere in the states and they seem really on form and blasted through Legion and all the classics

Yep, live in Florida. Savage set.

And from what I can remember Bach just had an attitude, thought he was too big for the limelight or whatever and they dumped whatever Irish band that were supporting them off the tour, have a feeling it was an Answer or Glyder type band.

The Sebastian Bach Belfast gig went off without a hitch. He stood outside signing stuff and taking photos for ages afterwards, it was a great time.

There was a fallout with Stormzone at one of the subsequent UK gigs (Glasgow maybe?) and that's when they were kicked off the tour.

Bach was interviewed and asked about it later and that's when he was implying he was too good to be playing somewhere like the Limelight.

Wykked Witch are a definite candidate for worst band I've ever seen.
