I started this, then went to the London gig and never followed up.

It wasn't great after. Crowd were well up for it, but the old teenage thrash wasn't really working for anyone. They played 'My Ass is on Fire' and 'Love is a Fist' and we all went nuts, then a few cheesy covers, so most of us went home happy. It's not something you would go out of your way to see.

Spotlights were savage though

Chaos AD was the gateway drug, but Beneath the Remains was the smack.

Gorod - The Orb
Gorod - Aethra
Replicant - Maligant Reality
Wilderun - Epigone
Shaolin Death Squad - Intelligent Design (the absolute stank of Mike Patton off the vocals)

Those crafty bastards are always starting gigs with the best bands to lure us back in. They did this with Disillusion last time, and no complaints.

Had a ball at this. Both bands on top form, and especially enjoyed Piece of Time. That drummer is a savage.

Anyone into them recommended something outside Lean into it? Might tip along to this but never bothered with any of their other records.

Saw them at Hellfest and they were class. Got tickets to this today and they will definitely be doing this for the encore...

It was their main three albums that got me into them as well and not too arsed with the new/old set, so got tickets to Book Of Mormon the day after.

Quote from: Don Gately on February 04, 2024, 11:48:51 AMGlad to see a few Bunglers here, great band I love their stuff. I met Mike Pattton once and sand the opening of Squeeze me macaroni to him

The 'slap your face with my baloney' part must have been awkward
