Black shepherd I agree with you that we shouldn't jump the gun on assuming there is a cover up, I'd call it more a push to the side. There is a danger of falling into the trap of counter intelligence.
But when you say it comes across as paranoid for delving too much into it, well yes in general but with the treaty, I would agree with that if the last two years didn't happen. But they did and I can clearly remember the reality we were living in I wouldn't have imagined. Bands and gigs lined up evaporated, getting grilled from guards when trying to walk my dog out the countryside, being ordered out of shops for not wearing a mask despite exemption and losing friends for my views on the whole situation.
So when the WHO are talking about "strengthening" pandemic response and we just lived through the initial response, I dunno about you but Ill be taking that very seriously. I've had enough confrontation in the last two years to last me a lifetime, I don't want anymore.

I guess "total media blackout on the subject as a whole", besides being false, means something where you come from that makes it not a suggestion of a conspiracy or a cover-up. to be fair to ya the way I worded that does sound like I was talking about an all out cover-up, fair cop, but I was only referring to RTE news. It was a poor choice of words on my part.
All I'm saying is that I would be very wary of giving the WHO any more power than they already have, I don't trust that their aims are what they say they are and the way they are funded coupled with their association with the UN  makes me very uncomfortable.

That's pretty much where I'm at with the WHO. Wouldn't trust them as far I'd throw them but equally never thought about them before the carry on of the last couple of years. Now I've looked at their buzz though.
