And his contract expires the same time as Klopp's...

I can see him wanting the Liverpool gig. Can I see him being successful at it? No. In fact, I think that it would be a disaster. Perhaps I'll be proven wrong. I would love for him to do well.

It'll be interesting to see how he goes at Villa.

2024 is defo too soon for him to get the role. I'd like Pep Lijnders to take over after Klopp. Would be an easy enough transition too.

I'm glad he has gone to villa tbh. We don't need another lampard situation.

Where does Klopp go after the Pool?

He wants the Germany job apparently.

Another depressing day for United fans. Two horrific results for them.

More than 2 shocking results for em! Ole will be relieved of wheel duty presently, I reckon.

He's been getting sacked in the morning for a good 6 weeks at this stage. How many certified plum ducks have they appointed since Ferguson now? Liverpool pulled out all the stops to get the man, and haven't looked back. United are at least on a equal footing in prestige (although that is evaporating rapidly) so choose the right man, and sort it out. Extremely retarded policy at this stage.

Having Ferguson in the background isn't helping.
Liverpool binned Shankly once Paisley was appointed. Barred him from the training ground actually, and look at the dividends that move paid off....
It's a cutthroat business....  :abbath:

Bit of reality check for where Arsenal are, although yearly bollockings at Anfield aren't anything new. Still though, young team, seem to be moving the right way, just hope Ole is still in charge for the match in a few weeks

He's going to be the Norwegian Steve Staunton, remembered more for overseeing total shite as a manager rather than a glittering playing career.

it wont matter who they appoint, well be seeing the same shit in a couple of years again.
Utd need structural changes at the top as well as a good manager otherwise it will be rinse and repeat.

So Chelsea are getting little yellow stars on the jerseys.
