Is this podcast made by someone here by any chance? I just had it recommended on YouTube and it has an interview with the original MDB bassist who is now in Towards The Sinister. I think he said that Rick, the drummer was on the previous one, and Aaron will be on the next episode... weird. Has anyone watched it, and actually made it to the interview? What is it with metal podcasters having to do twenty minutes of shite talking,  and seed drinking in this case (I think it was supposed to be funny. He's a Nordy, I'll leave it at that), and fucking promotions, with albums of the week etc... Having skipped forward a couple of times I didn't get to the actual interview, and now I can't be fucked even listening to it.

Tampa Morgue fucking fries me, too. So much rubbish and lists of this, that and the fucking other before getting to the main event. I tried that Cutthroat interview but was bored to death after five minutes. I suppose the main Cutthroat dude is only a kid so he had nothing to say for himself, so I'll give him a pass as the band are cool but fuck me... these podcasts are killing me. Maybe they are all the fifth and sixth... and the five hundredth horsemen of the metal apocalypse or some fucking crap. Jesus. Fuck them all...

And best of luck to them, of course  :D

And I'll throw one of these in for good measure, then go back to reading my book...  :vomit:

Yeah sifted through 40 minutes of waffle on Tampa to get to the interviews which were mostly bland bar hearing about some interesting album influences.

Based hooligan podcast is the best I've heard for just getting straight to the subject matter at hand which is NSBM. Dipped into Absurd, Veles, Grand Belials Key and Spear of Longinus episodes.

Fired in part one of the Absurd series this morning out of curiosity. It didn't hold my attention. I night try the Veles one though, as I actually like them.

Necropolis podcast is the only metal podcast I listen to. They have some great round table discussions and band focus episodes.

Never heard of that one. I'll give it a look.

This is actually the right answer. I can barely stomach my own recommendation.

I will eat some shit now because I went back to the podcast, skipped through the bullshit to the interview, and so far it's pretty good. He knows his stuff regarding MDB and he's getting decent answers out of the dude.
