I could never take to them. I bought Cause Of Death, War Master and Mental Funeral on the same day. Played them all on the walkman on the train home. I loved the other two immediately but the crushing disappointment that hit me when I put Mental Funeral on has never left me. I think I sold it on or used it as a blank tape later.

Mad, I love all the reunion material but the pre-split stuff I can't stand.

I can remember getting a copy of Mental Funeral when I was about 14, fucking didn't know what to make if it!, demented  stuff.

Definitely it took me years to come around to Autopsy compared to all the other DM bands of that era.

Funny I got Fiend For Blood somewhere when I was very young and loved it, so live and crusty but still catchy I thought. Got Shitfun and Acts but never too bothered by either like Fiend for Blood. Never took to Mental Funeral either to the spluttering outrage of the real metallers in the pub lol. "FASLE"

Pretty sure we've all discussed this before at some point  :laugh:  I'd take it over CoD and WarMaster all day. Mental Funeral is 10/10 for me anyway, as is SS.
