(Tell me why I had to be a) Penneys Slave

Seen a great clip of the mistake in Wasted Years, Smith didn't look impressed at all. The end of Number of the Beast wobbled as well. Can't see this lad make it past his probation period.

666, the number it costs for tees

BBC2 from 9 tonight, a few hours of Iron Maiden (Flight 666 & a documentary).

And there's more shows on the way. One UK show on the 11th July

Probably not Belfast methinks.

Apparently there's a save the date ad gone up in Cardiff.  (EDIT; Apparently it is not Cardiff)

Think I'll try to make one of the Balkan gigs in May, Athens is on a Saturday.

Knebworth has been mentioned, with the Almighty, Airborne and the darkness in support.

Keeping up that tradition of having shite support bands, I see.

The camping and themed bar and fairground thing is kinda cool but yeah at £127 ticket and £45 for the two nights camping it adds up quickly.

The supports are kinda unimpressive you'd expect an arena sized act for that money if they're making a day festival of it (like System of a Down having recent Download headliners Queens of the Stone Age as support).

The Hu and Airbourne have also toured with Maiden a lot
