Got the young fella a decent set of headphones for his Junior Cert results so of course I had to break them in with Blood Incantation and noticed loads of little bits in the mix I hadn't heard before particularly with the drums. Deadly!

I'm very into BI's new found interest in bringing non-metal bands on tour, I just wish it was someone better than Minami Deutsch. Would love if it had been Midwife in Europe too.

True, but it's definitely impacted routing for tours a lot more in recent years.

Certainly one of the albums of the year for me. The prog and ambient bits blend in really well, I think. Some bits remind me of Supuration's The Cube, one of my favourite albums.

Fuck I've never tried so hard to join the hype of an album  This just isn't hitting for me. I enjoy the straight up DM parts but the prog bits dont really interest me.

Yeah, my cd landed the other day and it's onto a whole other level from listening to it online and that was impressive to start with. It's a fine piece of work.
