Seventh Star hasn't hit me in the same way as the Tony Martin albums, but I'll stick with it.

Seventh Star is definitely the biggest outlier in the Sabbath catalogue.
But it's of it's time and is pretty much regarded as an Iommi solo album, as that's how it was intended.
Put it alongside Fused and the DEP Sessions and it sits better, I think.

The Tony Martin albums are class.
But their whole run of 80's albums with all the different vocalists is quite varied as regards their evolution in sound and style.

I had forgotten about Born Again... thats so good too. Definitely of its time and we all know the production was iffy, but theres some cracking songs on it.  Lyrics on Trashed are definitely not a high point but hey....
