I do the sound for an outdoor gig every Tues night in the summer and yesterday while setting up, someone let an unbelievably toxic fart go that cleared the stage for a couple of minutes. A prolonged stinking-out of an outdoor space is a special level of potency!

My nephew getting into reading more. He always was but now he's moved onto the Harry Potter books (he's 11, his current obsession is One Piece mangas) and we had a great chat about it earlier. I got him the couple of books in the series he was missing and he was over the moon, and I'm gonna dig out The Hobbit and The Lord Of The Rings for him next.

Of course when his younger sister got home, there was war when she saw the books and the Burger King milkshake.
