Smokey Bacon crisps will not be a big loss.

Strawberries. What can I say? I'm a Wexford man. We love an aul strawberry.

Red wine. I used to get migraines when I was younger and, when I first tried red wine, I got a three-day riding which put me off for a couple of decades. I gradually figured out it wasn't the trigger I thought it was and have come to appreciate how much a nice bottle of red wine can help a man float through an evening beautifully. The wife has a friend in Puglia, home of the nicest wines I know, so I'm very keen for us to pay a visit   :abbath:

Cryo Chamber have brought back their Youtube 'Monorail' livestream. (I thought there was a dark ambient thread but search says no.) This gets me through most nights, a great thing to plug into and wind down when coming home from the pub or a gig:

Haven't had mead in years. We used to get a massive canister full when we stayed overnight in the Heritage Park, along with a feed of beef and barley stew, and bread and cheese. Good times. Well, not so good when the flatulence started to fill the house of the ringfort when you were trying to sleep, but the session beforehand.

Thanks for that, thought I was the only one who was missing this. Passed out many a night to this. Very relaxing after a session.  👍

Starting running at the start of the year, too long had passed that I couldn't get away with calling it pandemic weight anymore, and just had to admit I'd turned into a fat fuck

Finally hit 5k today and feeling much better for it, apart from my joints hating me!

Stick with it! Unless you have discipline with your eating, the running is the only thing that will peel the weight off you:)

10 up next and it won't be long coming around :)

Blasting the loneliness of the long distance runner in the headphoned used to get me up hills when I used to run

Fair fucks man. It always feels good getting back to fitness. No mercy!

Long weekend ahead with next Friday off as well. Possibly getting Thursday off too depending on how jobs for next week shape up. Potential two day week ahead  8)
