If I'm out for a stroll I'll have a podcast on the phone but without earphones in so I can do pick up the sounds of nature. If I'm doing a proper burn up the hills then it's au natural all the way. I'm famous for it!

Throwing together a quick dinner and it being the nicest thing you've eaten in ages.

Defrosted a steak but was too lazy to cook veg/spuds etc. so ended up chopping it up, throwing it in the pan with half a pepper and a small onion chopped small, splash of soy sauce (it was a peppered steak so didn't need seasoning), into a wrap with some grated double gloucester and a squirt of garlic mayo. Jaysus. 10 mins. from the decision to aytin'.

Ah yeah that sounds unreal.  Love it when something so handy comes together that well.

I see/hear them regularly around the train tracks I cross on the way home. Lots of insects around the lights, it's tailor made for them.
