Were you able to rip them on the PC without skips?
I have a great (entirely mad) and scratched to bits CD of Kosovar Albanian pop music.
It plays no bother in the car as the CD player has some sort of cache system for playback.
No go on every CD player inside the house.
I've found a local shop that sells 2nd hand PS3 and PS4 games and charges $3 to buff out and recondition discs if all sorts.

Yeah they copied no bother without skips. We're skipping all over the place in cd player and car.
Have ripped them to PC also with no problems. Dont know how the PC can read a scratched cd and the hifi can't.
Done this with dvds also.
Copy is always perfect.

Drigh: simultaneously drunk and high.

Always a gamble though. Delicious hot, anxiety-inducing cold!  :abbath:

Had a mate over for a smoke last night. He doesn't drink but I never stop drinking so I decided to stay away from tobacco for the evening ie only the pipe no joints and would you believe it I was fucking grand once I didn't bring the tobacco into things. It's making me think

My 15 year old car passing its nct today. Ford focus which I've owned for the last 12 years or so.
You can keep your electric eco box.
I'm happy out with my 1.6 petrol with a cd player.  8)

First thing I went looking for when buying the car lately was the cd player. Delighted when I found it in the glove box

Yeah it's a must have imo. Curious as to why they put them in glove box,(most don't have them) when a simple slit In the dash would suffice. All for aesthetics I guess.
I know I shouldn't but I like to change them on the move.

CD from Amerikay in the post yesterday, and no customs charge. I was sure I'd get hit, so hooray.

I'm regularly to be found leaning sideways trying to change a disc

Full moons rising 🌕

I went out for a gentle stroll this evening, feeling a little tender after a heap of cans last night. I got there, took out my phone and put a podcast on but as I started walking I felt the urge to run so put the phone away and took off. I wasn't sure if I would have it in me but it was good. I even tackled a big hoor of a hill that I was planning on dodging. Don't worry, I've already patted myself on the back  8)

Saturday afternoon watching 30 young lads beat each other with sticks. I mean there's a sliotar involved at times but that's sort of beside the point of denting each others shins

Further to that, looking at the young lads face after losing 3 games in a row at the féile was priceless and my laughing only made him thicker which made me laugh more

   would you believe I had that quote in my head several times today watching the three scrappy u15 games. I don't even watch much hurling on the telly until the good stuff kicks in for the summer but I'm constantly subjected to the chronic local stuff which I enjoy watching immensely

When you listen to an album to the point of wanting to order it, then order it and force yourself not to listen to it anymore until the postman arrives. The anticipation that goes with that, love it  :abbath:
