Been years since I spun it, its actually much better than I remembered.

It's not bad at all. I haven't heard it in around two decades though. I wonder if the opposite will happen to me

Edit: threw on the first 2 songs there and it's still grand

I got a few songs into it earlier. Absolutely fine but wasn't arsed.

Speedgoat - 666
Master - Among the Seeds of Death
Aura Noir - Aura Noire
Witching Hour - Descending...
Alkaloid XL - Bach Out of Bounds

Vile Apparition - Malignity
Infernal Thorns - Christus Venari

Tokyo Blade - Time is the Fire
Mayhem - Esoteric Warfare
Green Lung - Necropolitan
Aenigmatum - Infinitudes Passage

Sadistic Drive - Anthropophagy
Dipygus - Dipygus

Manky death metal  :vomit:

Ministry- Filth pig.

Even though the previous albums are better, I find myself reaching for this more frequently these days.

Obituary slowly we rot
My favorite debut album of the
Old school death metal acts,
Donald tardys chops are fantastic
on this album, he doesn't get the recognition he deserves.

The guy always seems to be having a blast while playing drums. One of my favourite players for sure

That and Deicide's s/t were the second and third death metal albums I heard back in the day, on either side of a C-90. Hated Deicide ("morons with guitars" was my review at the time, I came around to it soon after though it's still not my favourite of theirs), loved Obituary.

I hate the way they play the title track live though, slowing it down, dramatic pauses, etc. Annoying.
