Nedgravd- Ascension.

Anathema - Distant Satellites. Haven't listened to this in a while. Couple of really good songs, "Anathema" in particular, but they were clearly influenced heavily by post-rock and Radiohead. Still better than The Optimist.

The Angelic Process - Weighing Souls with Sand Ehh...the opposite. Oppressively heavy.

PL - Ascension.

Ablazen Winds - Kingsblood

The newish one passed me by completely.

The 'newish' album? Keep up.
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

Miscreance - "Reminiscence".

Sounds like Human, Focus, Unquestionable Presence, and Speheres in a blender. Fantastic.

Listening to Nedgravd here, its a cool record. In terms of composition and production its got a very nice hectic and chaotic feel that comes across as authentic rather than contrived, which is quite the feat. The solos are great too. My only bugbear is the low vocals are a bit overpowering in the mix and I wish the high ones were applied a bit more liberally, rather than as a garnish! But thats nitpicking, its a sick record.

Oh and I checked out sumerlands - dreamkiller. Yeah everyone is correct, its grand, but theres some magic the first one has thats missing.

What dya think? I love it.

They're playing in Belgium next month at Temple fire fest

Do you like Infester - To the Depths, in Degradation ?

Do you believe in evil?

Saw that alright. Force of Darkness and Perdition Temple were pulled from the gig and they'd be the bigger draw. Probably go to the Bristol gig.

Yeah it's pretty cool.
