Trawling through some Sepultura clips from the early nineties. It's easy to forget just how great they were before 1995. At their peak they were very much the equal of Slayer.

For some, including me, at their height they were even better than Slayer!

Absolutely not, nowhere near for me, but they were incredible. Been on an early buzz of late as well since seeing the videos of the Cavaleras in the states.

Malevolent Creation- The Will to Kill
Immolation- Unholy Cult
Undergang-their last album.
Hyperdontia- Hideous entity

Coroner - RIP/No Colour

I'd take prime era Seps over Slayer myself but I wouldn't be a massive Slayer fan in any case. Made myself a CD of the Barcelona gig for the car a while back and fuck is it ripping.

Dream Unending - Tide Turns Eternal

The metal component of this morning's listening has been Cenotaph's "Gloomy Reflections" on repeat
