I've only bought from them through Bandcamp. Generally good, decent prices, delivery's cheap and relatively quick (~10 days).

Only once had I a problem: I ordered a T-shirt for my brother for his birthday and weeks passed with no activity. There was no response to my queries and it was only when I raised it with Bandcamp themselves that I got a refund with no further explanation. Now this was in December, the christmas rush may have come into play there.

The other side of that coin: a few years ago I got a T-shirt from them that came in the wrong size, when I brought it up with them they sent out not one but two in the correct size, didn't ask for the first one back. Which was grand as that's the one I wear now, it turns out that it was big enough as it was.

TL/DR: Thumbs up (going through Bandcamp) from me.

Pleasure dealing with earache both the store and bandcamp.

Funnily enough they also sent me the wrong size ND hoodie, and as they didn't have the correct size anymore they offered me any other so I got a Nocturnus hoodie to boot and got to keep the ND one. I told them it made up for a long sleeve IVth Crusade I returned back when it was released as the sleeve print was messed up, but they never sent a replacement or my money back so it worked out well.
I don't think I had any Brexot related problems with last orders last year for Wormrot.

My Hellbutcher LP arrived today but I haven't had a chance to spin it yet. The album cover is really cool looking but it turns out it was AI generated. I feel sick. That's it, I'm going to listen to Frogsword again.

Can't find it now, but a lad from the Paris scene who does that kind of stuff explained in an FB post when it came out that it's not AI generated. Overly digital looking, but not AI. Apparently.

Hellbutcher himself said it was. Who knows. It looks cool regardless but for some reason (elitist wha??) I would rest easier knowing a brush was applied to a canvas.
