Death To Tyrants is up there with Scratch The Surface.
Out of all the original purveyors of HC he seems to have been one of the most respected and beloved.

The Goodies were brillant. Python might have a sketch about a joke being so funny it would kill you, The Goodies actualy did have someone die laughing at one of theirs.

I liked his nature shows  8)

Ahhh thats a shame, was a big fan of the Goodies as a nipper , and his nature shows were great too. RiP

Jaysus. He sometimes came off as a bit pretentious, but he was a talented songwriter. Hopefully not true.  Strangely, The Frames and Music Maker are eternally linked in my mind from years of going in there as a teenager, gawping at guitars and passing by the big Frames poster that lived (and possibly still lives) down the back. Also, he gets a life pass for being in The Commitments!
