New album out in January but tbh the circumstances surrounding it are a bit strange. He guested on a single by the rapper Post Malone a couple of months that went to the top 10 and now he got Post Malone's guitarist to produce/co-write the album, a guy called Andrew Watt. Looked him up and it seems like he's most known for playing guitar for the likes of Justin Bieber .

Seems like an attempt to cash in on the single, it does have Duff McKagan on bass and Chad Smith on drums, but most of the guitar is by Watt apparently, other than a guest appearance by Slash.

Not particularly hopeful, but I just thought it's a bit weird.

Watt played with Glenn Hughes and Jason Bonham on the California Breed album. It's alright, nothing more. Retro rock, all minor scale, the usual. That Sharon thought he was the guy to fill the shoes of Rhoads, Lee, Wylde, Holmes, etc... it's just fucking stupid. It shows that she's not looking at the rock market here, she's targeting the kids who stream Bieber, etc with this contrived shite, while banking on the blind loyalty of the rock audience to buy whatever the old cunt puts out because that's what they do and they're too fucking thick to realise it and just accept this utter shit. The last two albums were the same. Fuck all of them.

Anyone picking this up needs their head examined. Anyone buying tickets for any of his upcoming shows is on drugs.

If that single released on Spotify recently is anything to go by then the album will be the aural equivalent of watching paint dry.

I have no interest in a new album from him. I will go to the gig next year once he posts the results of a medical beforehand.

Utter cunt who's coasted on other people's talents for 50 years.

Just came across the 3/4 Of Black Sabbath And A Hireling video 'The End' on Sky Arts, fuck me is it embarrassing for everyone concerned. He's so incapable of holding a note that everything is tuned down to the last so that he can just about warble along to it. Pathetic, useless, money-grabbing cunt. The other two are no better, sacrificing what miniscule dignity they had left for this crap and a paycheque.

If you think that song is bad wait until you hear the new one. Pure shite. The lyrics even go on about how he's going to make you shite yourself. Wtf

That latest song is.... OK!
Much better than the first one.

But the lyrics are truly terrible...   :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

Right from the off with his usual, "Alright now" AND "Com'on now".

Did anyone mention his cuntishness?

I doubt even metal fans would even fork out for an Ozzy album now or for the last 20 years.

There's a certain section of the Metal Bros. ™ community that will absolutely lap this shit up because Ozzy invented metal and if you don't love every single one of his bowel movements are you even a real metaller?

Years ago I bought the album with Trujillo on it (can't even remember the name) second hand for €3. Listened to it on the bus home from town, stuck it on the shelf and it's been sitting there since

He really should have just packed it in when he said after No More Tours

Down to Earth, first half of the album I like but the rest is the usual filler junk!

Haven't given anything after that the time of day. After all the previous cancellations and general fuckery I could not be arsed with spending any money on any shows or albums he might do/release. I've made 3 attempts to see him live, ozzfest in puchestown racecourse, the point and the hollywood bowl and all 3 have been cancelled day/week of.

Not worth the time of day

At least with Ozzfest at punchrstown the show still carried on. Pity priest couldn't carry on with their tour.

It would have been better if, that time, the show didn't go on. Dreadful, dreadful day.

A gang of us had a great day, kinda ignored most of the bands and just got mangled in a field.
