I have HT - Mind Wars and Nifelheim - Servants of Darkness and no issue with either.

Sound lads, I'll give them a go, great albums.

So I just counted all my CDs as a way to pass the time and I have at least 900. And that's not counting box sets, classical CDs or compilations. And this is AFTER I've been culling the collection!!

Last time I counted it was well over a thousand. I reckon I must have been approaching at least 1500 CDs at one point
I also sifted my LPs, but still got about 200 of those

And all the bootleg FLACs....

I have a 1TB hard drive that they're all getting ripped to in lossless format. I got to E last year and gave up though.....

In some ways looking at the endless digital files makes me feel more overwhelmed than staring at shelves of CDs.

I like the tactile aspect of playing records; gets you in the right frame of mind to concentrate on the music in a way clicking Play on your computer doesn't.

Meeting a mate for a pint later, first one since last October. Not bothered myself TBH, I can't imagine there being much joy in it 'til things are back to normal.

Most places aren't too enthusiastic about the rules. Was somewhere last week and could walk up to the bar and limits on tables were ignored as well as everything else except putting on the mask going to the bar.

Know another place in town here where the owner says he won't be arsed with the proof and I hear one can pretty much do as they want once in the door so you never know it might be decent fun depending where you go

I stuck my head in the door of another pub on the way to where we were supposed to meet. Phone number taken and that was it, ended up staying there for the night. Left around 12:45. Grand.

Still not pushed TBH, our local hasn't opened yet. He can't get staff.

At what point did the phrase 'there are very few superlatives to describe' become an acceptable replacement (mostly in a sporting context) for actually attempting to use superlatives?

You ever get that feeling some things are fated, in ways one can't explain........... they just seem destined to play out that way.

Oh yes. It's all fated bud. Ain't no escapin' it.
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

I wonder what Leather Mike is up to and I wonder if he ever looks at this forum. I miss him.

While I applaud his efforts re. rewilding, it should be pointed out that the yellow plant there in the photo in the middle of that article is ragwort, a noxious plant which is illegal to have growing on your land, It spreads seed like fuck and is poisonous if ingested by ruminants when it's dying off in autumn.
The good Baron would want to get pulling that fairly lively or he'll find the place covered in it.

I guess he doesn't have many ruminants to worry about anymore, except the few wild ones. Isn't rewilding about taking a long-term strategic approach? Allowing environments to be reinhabited by the full array of wild flora and fauna species that are precisely not found in areas that were used as the basis for declaring ragwort as agri enemy number 1?

Edit: Those are genuine questions, btw. I gather your bread and butter is working the land, at least in part, so you'd have better insight than what I've picked up on randomly here and there.
