Worst I ever had to do was have a 'Russian Breakfast' in  Amsterdam. Cornflakes with vodka instead of milk.

As revolting as you can imagine, kept it down but. 15 odd years ago but I can still taste it. I don't even remember the reason for the forfeit. I tried to weasel out of it, no mercy though. Vodka was poured for me,, no skimping. The hotel staff didn't give a shit, my pleading eyeballing if them didn't help either.

Lol the more I think about that the worse it seems. I must get that into the lexicon of forfeits. So simple and yet I imagine it being terribly effective

We were talking about the asterix next to Liverpool's potential title yesterday actually. I honestly can't see many Liverpool fans bothered after thirty years of waiting to win the league if they, y'know, win the league. Denials the first stage of grief, chaps.

Anyway, we'll be even more unbearable if we're robbed of it. The kop end are already nicking the biggest sails at port and mother's biggest bedsheets for a few decades of WE TOLD YOU WE WON IT banners.

Getting this on the record books anyway, anyhow at this stage is going to be a massive outcome in and of itself, even if I have to take the alcohol seizure on the roof of my house. Won't have much to cry about if we somehow pull it off, in all honesty.

As a Liverpool fan, that asterisk could be horrible. Think about those cuntish United fans. Regardless of Liverpool likely being on their way to a record point tally, and what was shaping up to be the earliest title win in history, unfortunately the asterisk would top all that.

I would add: If the table was to be wrapped up on an average points per game, Liverpool would have 107 points. If there was an asterisk beside that, I'd take it.

The season was over at Christmas. Nobody is going to say that Liverpool didn´t deserve the title, and if they do so what, the trophy is given and it goes in the record books. I think they should just do it and be done with it. The bigger issue is the lads down the bottom of the league who are going to kick up a fuss if they´re relegated.

Yep, Villa have a game in hand and if they win that they're out of the relegation zone.

If Villa were good at winning games they wouldn't be in the relegation zone.

Technically speaking, Liverpool are the only team in the league who can't be relegated. The gap between 2nd place and the relegation zone is 30 points with 10 games for most teams left to play.
Also, they (Liverpool) are the only team to qualify for next season's CL (whenever that will be?). So all those hoping for a void season might get their wishes slapped back in their face.

So every club wants to get going again apart from poxy Brighton, and Kun Aguero which doesn't surprise me. No matter what plans people have in life, be it building the pyramids or the Eiffel tower or filling a pothole there's always some naysayer.
14 clubs needed to give the go ahead. Would be grand to have a few games to watch again.

What's Brighton's issue with it?

That if the games are played at neutral grounds they'll lose their 'advantage' of not getting to play their home games. This is the same 'advantage' they've had all season which sees them 2 points above the relegation zone and 5 points adrift of the team above them (Southampton).
All teams will play in neutral grounds as it will help keep fans from attending outside the grounds if the teams were playing in their own stadium.

Yeah that is pretty ridiculous. Sure it will be the same advantage lost for every other team. I wonder is there some other reason like if the season is scrapped relegation won't apply or something along those lines
