That was a truly awesome performance by Ireland. Hopefully buy Kenny time to keep this going. Ronaldo is Ronaldo. The ref was the biggest wet towel of a man I've seen in a while. Bottling prick afraid to give any decision of note against Ronaldos team or blow the game up when it's over.

Got done in the most painful way possible

It's going to happen forever. The highs and lows etc but didn't deserve that

Watching that last night reminded me why I both love and hate international soccer. The officials were pathetic to say the least.

Need to follow last night with a result on Saturday. A negative one and the calls for Big Sam will be back. Heroic performance, signs of a team able to play a bit of ball and a young average age bodes well. Ireland have been known to let me down, however.

I'm still scalded over that game last night

I was in the car last night so I could only check the score every few minutes. 87 0-1, 96, 2-1. Chastening.

Yeah that was a serious kick in the balls. That being said it's the most promise the Ireland squad has shown in a long time.

It was great to see Ireland playing that way but it also being effective. We could have scored a couple and it was almost a great scalp

Jaysus the Hungarian fans are giving it extremely tight to England players kneeling down 😂😂😂😂

I love to see it. There was nothing wrong with the "Let's kick it out" campaign, but it was sidelined for being too inclusive

I don't disagree.

They've backed themselves into a corner with this bullshit. They know themselves it's totally cringeworthy but 'if we stop doing it are we racists again' is a bit of headscratcher for these idiots.

I have to say I enjoyed Idah, McGrath, O'Shea and Bazunu. Coleman and Duffy doing the usual too.

What kind of handicapped defending was that? Good strike but for fuck sake he had an eternity. Lose this and Kenny can kiss any goodwill from the last day goodbye.

I'm baffled by Kenny's starting lineup today tbh, he put a squad together on Wednesday that competed against Portugal, and then chopped and changed the squad and formation today.

McGrath didn't even get a lookin despite being of the best players on Wednesday, Parrott isn't proven at any level never mind starting in International football, McClean shouldn't even be on the squad.

I just don't get it, there's a decent squad in there somewhere but he seems to think you have to give every single player their game.
