Yeah its an horrendous kit.

  Jaysus that's bad,Zebra in a car crash
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

It's one of the nicest United shirts in a good few years

Still better than City's paisley yoke, but a bad year for Manchester jerseys

I had to look up the city one there. Wow. Actual paisley. Like an oul fella's jocks. Make you wonder how these things get produced with the amount of money that must be involved. You'd think someone in a boardroom somewhere would say ah here, but that is probably the point of these designs, as no publicity is bad publicity.

And as shit as they are, Chelsea's Palace rip off is in a way worse because of the lack of imagination but Nike have a habit of crap ideas so no surprise

I like the United shirt, it beats the hell out of the last couple of years efforts (Snakeskin one, the pink monstrosity, anyone?) But the blurb that Adidas spewed out is ridiculous, even by most kit manufacturers standards these days.

Quote"the stripes represent the safety shutters within the stadium which were perfectly encapsulated by designers Inigo Turner and Chris Barnard."

What will they come up with next? "The particular shade of red used in the new Arsenal shirt draws inspiration from the fire extinguishers at the Emirates."

You're not actually too far off, apparently the away kits based on the old marble halls in Highbury, just looks like Patrick Bateman has done a job on it though

Really good day of football yesterday. Liverpool showed their class when the chips were down, ramping up the intensity to win..good oul game. Watched a good bit of Arsenal too, exciting team. They won't win the PL but there could be some silverare there.

My forever second team Newcastle were excellent too. Some great signings by them, plenty of good players. Callum Wilson an excellent signing. Great to see Steve Bruce doing well, what a gent.

Really great to see Leeds back. Hope they do well.

Missed the first 33 mins of the Liverpool game. I was disgusted. The rest of the game was still exciting tbf. Leeds are a lovely team to watch. They'll take a few scalps before they get tired in spring.

Agreed about Newcastle. Hopefully it'll help Hendrick get back to his best.

Everton were really good yesterday. I hadn't watched Spurs in a while. Even at their height under Poch I always felt they had a certain weakness to them, but they were certainly an entertaining watch. What I saw yesterday was quite shocking in a way. They looked woeful. Back passing constantly. No drive, no touch of quality to get them sparked off. I'd say Mourihno will be gone soon and it's not all his fault. The signings etc just aren't going to do anything for them. Kane should bail asap.

Everton on the other hand show what an amazing coach can do when he is backed with a few quid. If I was an Everton supporter I'd be very excited. James is a brilliant player, he was ostracised by Zidane but he is still something very special. They looked great yesterday. Good times coming for the club.

Delighted for Ancelotti. He had chelsea playing their best stuff in the last 20 years and got the boot. Badly shafted and Everton are lucky to have him now

I think Everton are gonna do well this season. Good squad now, great manager. Be grand to stop Caoimhaoin's whinging too.

Spurs are goosed. Doubt they'll get top 6. José will lose the dressing room by November and he'll be out on his arse when they lose to Liverpool, as has happened for his 2 previous premier League sackings. Good times.

Yeah I don't think he will last the season either. He just can't do it without unlimited funds and it doesn't seem even that is enough going by his stint at united. I think that as revolutionary as he seemed in the beginning, he is as far or farther out of touch now. Football has moved on and he doesn't have the players for the style his teams play.

Kane isn't fit, fair enough, but you get the ball even near him and he'll.still make something happen. You can see the likes of Son who always played with a smile on his face is just scratching his head and Dele Alli too. Mourihno wants blood and guts but Tottenham never ever played blood and guts. He'll be gone by November as you say.

The times have completely passed him by. And him being a stubborn cunt, it's unlikely he'll even try to adapt. He's a master tactician for one off games but over a season he can't do it. Gonna watch the Spurs doc on Amazon, All or Nothing. The city one was great but they're all cunts. The Spurs one covers Poch's exit and Jose's hiring so should be entertaining.
