The new Gary Numan album "Intruder" is quality if there are any fans on here? I remember his album "splinter" getting the front page treatment on MI a few years back. Not exactly metal though. Anyway, really enjoying his new material

I like a bit of Gary at times. Didn't try Intruder yet as I thought the last few were awful but he has some great stuff. Bought the extended version of Exile last year and it's class, as are the next couple after it. Love the Hybrid set as well and Telekon is my favourite of the old stuff.

I saw him ages ago at electric picnic, probably 2008 or thereabouts, knew feck all songs and he was savage.

From diSEMBOWELMENT to Trial Of The Bow

Rite of Passage  album should be on the list of must listens forever when you need it most ,

if people turn to Dead Can Dance and Wardruna for music to clear the ceann , add this!

with Renato Gallina on vocals and percussion and Matthew Skarajew on strings go leor

Personally the best tracks are, Father of the Flower, Alizee, The Court of the Servant, and The Eyre of Awakening that hit a chord. It's a soundtrack journey to the heart of Australia´s Uluru, I cant think of any better place to base it to.

Their first album Ornamentation, is grand but Rite of Passage shines by far

I didn't know there was an extended version of Exile. Was that on cd or vinyl? Telekon really is something else alright, so dark for such a mainstream artist at the time

Hania Rani is pretty spectacular, for something completely different.

Esja and Glass are the two albums to checkout!

Is tenacious ds album non metal? Listening to it now. City Hall is vastly underrated.

Novelty albums don't count, like Spinal Tap or Manowar.

Meh I love Tenacious Ds first album. The rest of their albums are shite though.

The first one is fun but I wouldn't be bothered about it, it's at least a decade since I last played it. I didn't realise that they'd released more.

Deep Down Six Feet, Is Where I Like To Eat

Despite having heard the singles for years and years I never properly dived into Depeche Mode until last week, that one being my first full album listen. It's deadly!

A Classic.
One of my favourite albums ever.

Yeah it's outstanding. One of my all time favourites as well.

Pity about the last few though. They've been awful since Sounds of the Universe and should have kept Dave Gahan off writing duties. Alan Wilder was also a massive loss for their sound.
